Do I need to prep for the service?
Some services require no Preparation from the owner other than access. Other Services require more preparation such as Bed Bug service and Flea treatments. Our Trained Service Providers will Guide you with a Preparation List for your Service.
Will the treatment bother my asthma?
When you make us aware of your asthma we can adjust the treatment method and products so you do not need to worry. We have many bait formulations that are great for controlling the pest and good for the person with the asthma.
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes, all of our work comes with a full warranty.
Do I need monthly service for my home?
No, a thorough twice a year service (Spring/Fall) that coincides with peak levels of pest activity is usually sufficient. However some pest and environments require a more frequent service. Your Erie Pest Control Technician can help you customize a treatment schedule based on your individual needs.
Can I take action myself or do I have to hire pest control service?

I have been seeing big black ants in and around my home. What are they and can they do damage to my home?
These are most likely carpenter ants and are classified as wood-destroying insects. They will chew the wood to make hollow "galleries" or tunnels in their efforts to establish a suitable nesting site. They are often found in areas of the structure where moisture exists. Our Technicians are experts at locating the nest and damaged areas.
